Position: Construction Sales Trainee

We're expanding throughout Florida and looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our field marketing team. No experience required—we provide complete training and ongoing support.
THIS IS NOT A SALES JOB!
What You'll Do:
Visit residential neighborhoods and identify homes that may benefit from new windows, doors, roofing, or bathroom remodeling
Speak with homeowners and educate them on available products, services, and financing options
Schedule FREE in-home consultations for our design and sales team
Represent the company professionally in the community
No closing or selling required. Your primary responsibility is setting appointments.

-Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
-Self-motivated and goal-oriented
-Reliable transportation (car or truck required)
