Lead multiple commercial interiors projects from planning through completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants. Oversee Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions.
