Construction Service Manager duties:
Ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and in line with company standards.
Maintain inventory of service materials, tools, and supplies.
Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new technicians.
Handle basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
Collaborate with installation and office teams to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer experience
