Construction Sr. Project Manager - Big Box Retail

  Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. This includes managing the entire lifecycle of the project, from design and permitting to construction and completion.

  Team Leadership: Leading a team of project managers, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals. Ensuring clear communication and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise within the team.

  Client Relations: Serving as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and providing regular updates on project progress.

  Budget and Cost Management: Monitoring project costs, ensuring the project stays within the established budget. Identifying areas for cost savings and managing change orders.

  Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, whether related to scheduling, costs, or safety.

  Quality Control and Safety: Ensuring construction practices meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations.

Light Industrial experience is required for this role

Technical degree level education in construction or related field

5+ years of experience working in the construction industry

Strong verbal and written communication skills
