Senior Project Manager (Interiors)
Our client is a respected Commercial General Contractor with decades of success delivering high-end interior construction projects throughout NYC. Lead commercial interiors projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and overall project performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, APMs, and field teams. Drive project quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

A successful Senior Project Manager (Interiors) should have:
- 7+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor
- Strong commercial interiors experience, including large-scale office, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or tenant improvement projects
- Proven ability to manage high-profile projects and client relationships
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing projects valued at $2M+ preferred
- Driven, client-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
