Job Description
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to meet client expectations.
- Lead on-site construction teams, ensuring safety protocols and best practices are followed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and address any potential issues.
- Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams effectively.
- Resolve any disputes or challenges that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.

A successful Construction Sr. Super/General Superintendent should have:
- 10+ years of experience as a superintendent.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive project success.
- Experience with managing large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations in Atlanta.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to addressing challenges and ensuring project milestones are met.
