Job Description
Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to meet client expectations. Lead on-site construction teams, ensuring safety protocols and best practices are followed. Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and address any potential issues. Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams effectively. Resolve any disputes or challenges that arise during the construction process. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Sr. Super/General Superintendent should have: 10+ years of experience as a superintendent. Strong leadership and team management skills to drive project success. Experience with managing large-scale construction projects. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations in Atlanta. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A proactive approach to addressing challenges and ensuring project milestones are met.
