Construction Superintendent

• Oversee all day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through project completion.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term project schedules.
• Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify and resolve field issues to maintain schedule and productivity.
• Manage material deliveries, logistics, and site organization.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor.
• Experience managing commercial, multifamily, institutional, healthcare, or educational projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and site logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractors and field teams effectively.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA and construction safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with construction technology and project management software is preferred.
