Construction Superintendent

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities and coordinate work across active project areas.
• Monitor project schedules and address field issues that may affect planned work.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to maintain clear site priorities and progress.
• Review completed work to confirm it aligns with project plans and site expectations.
• Maintain site records, including daily activity updates and project documentation.
• Promote safe work practices and address on-site safety concerns as they arise.
• Communicate project updates, schedule needs, and field conditions with internal project contacts.
• Help keep construction sites prepared for upcoming work and project milestones.

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Experience overseeing on-site construction activities.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and daily field schedules.
• Ability to read and follow construction plans and project documentation.
• Experience tracking site progress and reporting field conditions.
• Knowledge of practical job-site safety practices.
• Ability to identify construction issues and coordinate timely next steps.
