Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a Superintendent to lead a courthouse renovation project in Barnstable, MA, overseeing field operations and coordinating multiple trades throughout the construction process. Description

• Oversee daily construction site activities and track progress against project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to maintain smooth project delivery.
• Review project plans and specifications to guide construction work.
• Monitor work quality and address issues that could affect project requirements.
• Maintain a safe job site and reinforce site safety practices with project teams.
• Communicate project updates, site needs, and schedule changes with construction stakeholders.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics to keep work moving.
• Document site activity, progress, and issues for project records.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for a courthouse renovation project in Barnstable, MA
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications
• Monitor quality control across roofing, masonry, carpentry, window replacement, and exterior envelope work
• Collaborate with project management and ownership teams to address project challenges and maintain progress
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
• Manage site logistics, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office tools for project tracking, reporting, and coordination
