Construction Site Supervisor / Field Leader

GOR Group is supporting a leading mission critical and infrastructure organization seeking a strong field leader to oversee daily construction operations and drive project execution across active jobsites.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced construction environments, enjoys leading field teams, coordinating multiple moving parts, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and at a high level of quality.

You will serve as a critical connection between field operations, project management, subcontractors, and leadership teams while helping maintain production schedules, safety standards, and overall project success.

What You'll Do

Lead Field Operations

  • Oversee daily onsite construction activities and support field personnel across active projects
  • Coordinate Foremen, Leads, subcontractors, and field crews to maintain productivity and workflow efficiency
  • Drive production sequencing and schedule execution to ensure project milestones stay on track
  • Monitor progress and proactively identify delays, conflicts, or resource constraints

Safety & Quality Oversight

  • Enforce OSHA standards, company policies, and safe work practices onsite
  • Perform regular field walks and inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications and quality standards
  • Ensure installations meet customer expectations and project deliverables
  • Support punch list completion and project turnover activities

Project Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and leadership teams to align field execution with overall project objectives
  • Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and scope documents to prepare teams for execution
  • Coordinate inspections, workforce scheduling, subcontractors, and material deliveries
  • Provide regular project updates related to progress, risks, resource needs, and field performance

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily reports, site logs, progress tracking, and field documentation
  • Track production activities and maintain visibility across project operations
  • Support communication between field teams, leadership, and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in construction field supervision, site leadership, or infrastructure project environments
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, field operations, and project sequencing
  • Experience leading and coordinating field teams across multiple trades
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schedules, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards
  • OSHA 30 Certification required
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Experience supporting data center, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure projects is highly preferred
