    Construction Superintendent 

    Location: Charlotte, NC

    Job Summary

    Seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of single-family home construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the full construction process, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site supervision.
    • Ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and client specifications.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting timelines as necessary.
    • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to meet deadlines.
    • Monitor budgets and approve expenses to maintain cost control.
    • Enforce safety protocols and ensure job site cleanliness.
    • Identify and resolve construction challenges to keep projects on track.

    Requirements

    • Proven construction superintendent experience or in a similar role within the construction industry. 
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects. 
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
    • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
