Job Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent for a commercial construction company in Oklahoma City.We are looking for a strong leader with extensive construction experience who can independently manage an entire jobsite from start to finish, oversee crews, read blueprints, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.Job Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial construction projects from start to completion
• Manage daily jobsite operations, crews, and subcontractors
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications
• Verify elevations, grades, layouts, and measurements
• Coordinate all phases of construction and daily field activities
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and project resources
• Monitor project schedules, productivity, and quality
• Communicate with Project Managers, vendors, inspectors, and other trades
• Troubleshoot field issues and maintain project timelines
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain an organized jobsite

Requirements

• Previous commercial construction Superintendent experience REQUIRED
• Must have experience running entire jobsites independently
• Strong hands-on commercial construction background
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
• Knowledge of elevations, grades, layouts, and measurements
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and multiple trades
• Strong leadership and project coordination skills
• Ability to coordinate materials, equipment, and project schedules
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable with a solid work history
• Flexibility to work hours based on project needs
