Construction Superintendent, Electrical (Night Shift)

As an Electrical Construction Superintendent, your primary responsibility is to manage and supervise field operations of multiple fast-paced projects at a time and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. • Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities & subcontractors
• Develop and execute electrical plans and schedules for critical infrastructure projects to anticipate challenges and mitigate risk
• Ensure frequent communication with key project individuals, job site personnel and Project Manager
• Drive work activities to meet project schedule, remove project constraints, and elevate construction issues to management
• Develop and communicate observations for material, equipment, and manpower to next shift
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing the applicable state and OSHA regulations
• Coordinate and support quality control inspections, commissioning activities, and site safety inspections
• 10+ years of electrical, controls, or network construction experience
• 10+ years of past supervisory experience on commercial/industrial construction projects (e.g., hospitals, data centers, manufacturing facilities)
• Previous experience as a Superintendent on industrial facility construction & MEP dense projects
• Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and aggressive goals
• OSHA 30 certification, NFPA 70E and NEC qualified or a certified electrician
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and environmental regulations as well as across discipline experience
• Thorough understanding of construction design documents and ability to provide constructability feedback prior to and during construction as well as computer skills necessary to reference and communicate in MS Excel, Office, Teams as well as drawing and modeling programs along with adequate access on a phone
