Construction Superintendent - High-Profile Ground-Up Project

• Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee daily field operations while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Drive project milestones and proactively resolve challenges to keep work progressing efficiently.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain a productive working environment.
• Utilize Bluebeam and Excel to track project documentation, schedules, and reporting.
• Mentor field personnel and foster strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.

• Proven experience serving as the lead superintendent on ground-up construction projects.
• Background overseeing projects through all phases of construction.
• Experience across multiple project sectors preferred, including commercial, corporate, retail, academic, or mixed-use projects.
• Ability to manage projects ranging from approximately $1M to $30M+.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
