Construction Superintendent
Lead field operations and oversee project execution from mobilization through final completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage all day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects
- Lead projects from preconstruction planning through closeout
- Drive project schedules and coordinate field operations to meet milestones
- Supervise subcontractors, craftsmen, and self-perform crews
- Coordinate and manage concrete scopes of work throughout project execution
- Create and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within quality expectations
- Operate as the primary field leader and point of coordination on-site
- Conduct subcontractor meetings, safety meetings, and planning sessions
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents

The successful applicant will have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Construction Superintendent
- Experience leading projects from groundbreaking through final completion
- Background in commercial construction, industrial construction, or education construction
- Experience managing field operations on large-scale construction projects
- Experience working with self-perform construction crews
- Concrete construction experience strongly preferred
