Construction Superintendent - Jersey Shore

• Oversee luxury single-family home construction projects from inception through completion.
• Manage daily field operations, subcontractor activities, and site logistics.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Review construction documents, plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage material deliveries and ensure proper sequencing of construction activities.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to ownership and project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize schedule impacts.
• Oversee punch-list completion and project closeout activities.
• Maintain positive relationships with homeowners and project partners throughout the construction process.

Stable project pipelineLeadership and growth opportunities

• 4 to 5 years of experience building high-end custom single-family homes.
• Experience managing projects as a Superintendent from groundbreaking through completion.
• Background in luxury residential construction, ground-up construction, renovations, or a combination of both.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
• Honest, team-oriented, and collaborative personality.
• Ideally no more than 10 years of total industry experience.
• Must be able to commute throughout the Long Beach Island (LBI) and Manahawkin, NJ area
