Construction Superintendent
Lead ground-up K-12 projects valued at $20M+ from start to finish. Strong pipeline, competitive pay, and long-term growth potential.
Looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent with at least 5 years of experience in K-12 construction to join a top General Contractor in the South.
Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to maintain progress against project schedules. Review project plans and communicate work priorities with field teams and subcontractors. Monitor completed work to confirm it aligns with project plans and site requirements. Track site activity, deliveries, and work sequencing to help prevent delays. Address day-to-day site issues and communicate updates to the appropriate project contacts. Maintain clear records of site progress, changes, and completed work. Promote safe work practices across the construction site. Coordinate site readiness for upcoming phases of construction work.

A successful 'Construction Superintendent' should have: Ground up experience, $20M+ projects, experience coordinating on-site construction activities and daily work plans, experience reading and working from construction plans, ability to coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project schedules, experience monitoring work progress and identifying site issues, ability to maintain clear site records and communicate project updates, knowledge of safe construction-site work practices.
