Take the next step in your construction career with an established organization seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent in Nevada. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a proven construction leader who can oversee field operations while serving an important role in maintaining the organization’s Nevada contractor licensing and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent position include:
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or comparable field leadership professional, including project management experience.
- Active, unrestricted Nevada Class B Contractor’s License in good standing.
- Willingness and eligibility to serve as the employer’s designated Qualifying Individual with the Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB).
- Manage responsibilities associated with Nevada Class B licensing, including renewals, required filings, and applicable regulatory matters.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and supervise daily field construction activities.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce applicable safety programs and OSHA, state, and local requirements.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets and identify potential risks, delays, and change orders.
- Maintain daily field reports, punch lists, closeout documentation, and other required project records.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to maintain quality, safety, scheduling, and operational standards.
Salary: $125,000–$200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
