Job Description
Run day-to-day field operations from project start through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics. Maintain safety, quality, and production goals on site. Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and inspectors. Lead construction projects across education, healthcare, municipal, industrial, and commercial markets. The Successful Applicant
3-7+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience with a General Contractor. Experience managing ground-up, renovation, or expansion projects. Ability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to keep projects moving while maintaining safety and quality standards.
