Konik is partnering with a growing general contractor seeking to add a Superintendent to support active ground-up construction projects in the greater Twin Cities.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, takes ownership of jobsite execution, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Superintendent Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on ground-up construction projects from mobilization through closeout
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met
• Develop and manage project schedules, including short-interval planning and look-aheads
• Ensure jobsite safety compliance and enforce company safety standards
• Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to plans
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain alignment
• Manage punch lists and oversee project closeout activities

Superintendent Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience with a general contractor
• Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods across multiple trades
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite operations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Additional Role Details

• Role is primarily field-based with travel required between project sites

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $100,000–$130,000 depending on experience
• Per diem
• Bonus potential based on project and company performance
