Construction Superintendent - Municipal

• Coordinate daily construction site activities to keep work aligned with project plans.
• Monitor project schedules and address site issues that affect planned work.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and confirm work is completed as scheduled.
• Review completed work against project requirements and identify items that need attention.
• Maintain clear site records, including daily progress and project updates.
• Promote safe work practices across the construction site.
• Communicate project status, site needs, and schedule updates with relevant team members.

5+ years of superintendent experience on municipal or hospitality projects.Proven track record delivering projects safely, on schedule, and on budget.

• Ability to read and follow project plans and work requirements.
