Construction Superintendent (Night Shift)

• Site Supervision: Manage and oversee nightly construction activities on commercial interiors and bank renovation projects.

• Team Leadership: Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

• Quality Control: Maintain daily jobsite operations, including workforce scheduling, quality control, and site logistics.

• Documentation: Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, field reports, schedules, punch lists, and project communication.

• Schedule Management: Monitor project progress and proactively address issues that could impact schedules, budgets, or client expectations.

• Safety Compliance: Conduct site safety inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA requirements.

• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with a strong preference for commercial interiors, tenant fit-outs, renovations

• Proven experience working as a Superintendent in a general contracting environment.

• Strong working knowledge of Procore and construction documentation processes.

• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and maintaining project schedules within active commercial environments.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage client expectations and subcontractor performance.

• Ability to work night shifts and travel throughout New Jersey, with occasional projects in Eastern Pennsylvania and New York.
