Managing all daily field operations and site activities, developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel, enforcing safety standards and company policies, conducting site meetings and progress updates, ensuring quality control throughout construction, reviewing construction documents and coordinating field execution, managing inspections and project closeout activities, identifying and resolving project challenges proactively, maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

A successful Construction Superintendent should have: strong background in construction project management, experience overseeing on-site operations, including subcontractor coordination, knowledge of safety protocols and building codes, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Proficiency in construction management software is a plus. The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor, experience leading commercial projects valued from $10M to $100M+, strong knowledge of construction means and methods, ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules, OSHA certification preferred, proven track record of delivering projects safely and on schedule, excellent leadership and communication skills, experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades, proficiency with Procore and construction management software, stable career history with reputable contractors.
