Construction Project Manager
Our client is a well-established construction firm with nearly two decades of success delivering commercial and public-sector projects throughout the region. Manage daily construction activities and on-site operations.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
Develop and maintain project schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
Monitor project quality and resolve field issues proactively.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within established budgets.

The successful applicant:
Has 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
Has experience managing commercial, municipal, educational, office, government, or public-sector projects.
Has strong knowledge of construction scheduling, site logistics, and project execution.
Can read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Has proven leadership and subcontractor management skills.
Has strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Is familiar with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
Has a valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to project sites.

Base salary: $85,000 - $100,000
