Construction Superintendent

What you'll actually be doing:

Leading day-to-day field operations on active construction projects Managing subcontractors, crews, and jobsite coordination Driving project schedules and holding teams accountable Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on-site Coordinating with Project Managers to keep projects on track Building strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and trade partners

What we're looking for:

Proven experience leading construction projects in the field Strong knowledge of plans, specifications, and all major trades (MEP included) Ability to manage schedules, sequencing, and jobsite logistics Leadership mindset-someone crews respect and want to work for Strong communication with both field teams and clients OSHA 30 certification

Bonus if you have:

Experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or healthcare construction Background in self-perform work (concrete, civil, etc.) Experience with scheduling software
