Job Details

This Superintendent role leads field operations on healthcare, commercial and residential construction and renovation projects, running the job site day to day and keeping trades, schedules and quality on track, including work inside occupied healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily job-site activity and manage subcontractors across healthcare, commercial and residential construction and renovation work
• Plan and align schedules, trades, materials, inspections and deliveries
• Review and interpret plans, drawings and specifications to guide the work in the field
• Uphold quality, safety and site cleanliness standards while keeping projects on schedule
• Keep clients, subcontractors, project managers and facility staff informed and aligned
• Run punch lists and carry projects through closeout
• Lead work in active, occupied healthcare facilities while keeping disruption to a minimum

Needed:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent, supervisor or foreman
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and sequencing construction work
• Proven ability to read blueprints and construction documents

Nice to have:

• Healthcare construction experience
• Commercial renovation experience
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• ICRA (infection control risk assessment) experience
