Position Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Schedule appointments with union members who have requested benefit information
• Conduct virtual benefit presentations
• Complete required applications and paperwork
• Perform quality-control reviews
• Use basic computer systems and digital tools
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
