Our teams in Copenhagen and Cambridge, Massachusetts work closely together to support a rapidly growing network of airport clients across North America.
As a Consultant, you’ll be part of a small, collaborative team with real responsibility from the start. You’ll help implement Better Airport® from discovery and data analysis through configuration, deployment, training and post-go-live support—working directly with airport stakeholders and alongside our consultancy, product and technical teams and technology partners.
But software is only part of what we do. Our clients rely on us as trusted partners and advisors. We get to know their operations, ask the right questions, challenge established ways of working when there’s a better approach, and help turn complex data into practical decisions and lasting improvements.

As a Consultant, you will progressively take ownership of client-facing implementation and consultancy activities, including:
Analyzing and interpreting large and complex client datasets, including data-quality assessments, operational analysis and root-cause investigations.
Contributing to the end-to-end implementation of Better Airport® for airport clients across North America.
Understanding client operational processes and translating business requirements into software configurations, analytical work and potential product-development ideas.
Configuring Better Airport® based on operational requirements and client input.
Working directly with airport stakeholders to understand their challenges, communicate findings and support decision-making.
Working closely with Client Success Leads, Product Value Leads, developers and other specialists to ensure successful project delivery.
Taking responsibility for assigned workstreams and engagements, following them through to completion
Preparing and facilitating client meetings, workshops, demonstrations and analytical presentations.
Supporting testing, deployment and go-live activities, including onsite work at airports when required.
Training clients in the use of Better Airport® and supporting adoption and long-term value realization.
Contributing analytical expertise to consultancy engagements across our airport client network.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, Aviation or another relevant field.
Approximately 2+ years of professional experience in the aviation industry, or a data-focused, client-facing, consulting, implementation or analyst role.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience working with large datasets using Excel, databases or similar analytical tools.
The ability to structure ambiguous problems, investigate them independently and communicate your conclusions clearly.
A client-focused mindset and genuine interest in understanding the people and operational challenges behind the data.
The confidence to take responsibility combined with the ability to ask for help and learn from others.
An interest in translating business and operational requirements into practical software solutions.
Strong written and spoken English.
The ability and willingness to travel frequently within North America and internationally.
The legal right to live and work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Experience in aviation, airports or another operationally complex industry.
Professional experience in SaaS, consulting, technology implementation or systems integration.
Experience working with cloud-based software, databases, APIs or data integrations.
Experience working directly with clients or other external stakeholders.
Experience translating business requirements into software or technical requirements.
Knowledge of airport operations, aviation data systems, Airport Operational Databases (AODB), Resource Management Systems (RMS) or related technologies.
Coding or data-analysis experience using tools such as SQL, Python or similar technologies.
Experience working across different countries, cultures or distributed teams.

Your onboarding will include time with our teams in Cambridge, Massachusetts and Copenhagen, Denmark, alongside extensive training in Better Airport®, airport operations, our client base and our analytical tools and methodologies.
You'll be given real responsibility early, but you won't be expected to figure everything out alone. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues who will teach you, challenge you and expect you to do the same for others as your experience grows.
As our North American operation continues to grow, you'll also have an opportunity to shape both your role and the way our team works.
Our Cambridge office is focused on the Americas, which means frequent opportunities to work onsite with airport clients throughout the region as well as travel to our headquarters in Copenhagen. Frequent travel is an expected and important part of this role.
