  • Collaborate with team members to develop high-quality deliverables that communicate clear recommendations to clients.

  • Engage with clients to understand priorities and contribute to discussions, workshops, and presentations

  • Maintain project pacing and quality by managing timelines and escalating issues as needed.

  • Stay current on Financial Services trends, including fintech, digital innovation, and evolving customer behaviors.

  • Contribute to internal initiatives, capability development, and knowledge sharing across the practice.

  • Learn and grow through mentorship, feedback, and hands-on experience across varied client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Exposure to the Financial Services sector, ideally within one or more of the following areas:

  • Asset & Wealth Management

  • Banking

  • Experience or interest in one or more of the following:

  • Growth strategy or business model design

  • Operational improvement and cost analysis

  • M&A support or market research

  • Data and technology-enabled transformation

  • Digital, AI, or fintech disruption

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to tackling ambiguity.

  • Financial modeling experience, including building or working with Excel-based models to support market sizing, profitability analysis, valuation, or business case development.

  • Clear communication skills - both written and verbal - and comfort working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools or modeling is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees welcome but not required.
