YOUR EXPERIENCE

3+ years of experience leading complex enterprise projects, including multi-workstream initiatives with executive visibility Experience operating within a formal PMO structure, reporting into senior leadership, and adhering to enterprise governance standards Proven ability to develop and present to leadership Strong experience communicating project risk, defending timelines, and navigating funding discussions under pressure Experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or security-adjacent platform environments Working knowledge of Identity & Access Management concepts (e.g., provisioning, authentication, governance, PAM, SSO, MFA) History of budget oversight, project tracking, and RAID log management Ability to sequence complex initiatives, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across technical and business teams Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans Experience in a financial institution is a bonus!

The annual salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000. Work/life balance - we know theres more to life than work! We encourage our team to pursue other passions, get outside, and spend time with family. We work with clients and consultants to set expectations for a manageable workload.
