Job Title: Consultant Tech & Implementation L1

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (5 Days Onsite)

Job Description

We are seeking a Consultant Tech & Implementation L1 with experience in OSS systems, including Netcracker and Service Assurance platforms, to lead cross-functional program execution and end-to-end testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong program management, stakeholder communication, and delivery management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end testing for OSS platforms, including Netcracker and related systems.
• Manage cross-functional projects involving engineering and business teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead resource planning and allocation across multiple workstreams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and quality delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving issue resolution across teams.
• Streamline delivery processes and remove project roadblocks.
• Track and manage open issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and present project status reports, executive summaries, and program documentation to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Experience with OSS systems, including Netcracker and Service Assurance platforms.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Axiros and Alepo is preferred.
• Strong program/project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and leadership skills.
