- Manage Concurrent Projects: Oversee project completions, complex timelines, and multi-tasking requirements across several high-priority research initiatives simultaneously.
- Assist in Engagement: Assist in fostering community engagement, overseeing participant compensation processes, and maintaining positive, long-lasting relationships within the research community.
- Leverage AI Workflows: Utilize AI and advanced technology platforms to streamline research processes, enhance data collection efficiency, and uncover deeper consumer trends.
- Develop Success Strategies: Create best practices, comprehensive training materials, and strategic frameworks to empower customers and scale internal operations.
What you'll bring:
- 2-4 years of experience in consumer research, market insights, or a related field within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in survey design platforms, qualitative/quantitative research methodologies, and data collection tools.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude for leveraging AI platforms to enhance research efficiency, including managing participant lists and evaluating automated insights.
- Experience utilizing advanced project management systems to oversee complex timelines and operational workflows.
- Exceptional client relationship management, cross-functional communication skills, and a deep passion for consumer behavior, emerging trends, and pop culture.
