What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding member service via phone, email, and digital channels

• Assist with account questions, transactions, and online access

• Resolve issues efficiently and with care

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell helpful credit union products

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold compliance standards

• Customer service or financial experience preferred (training provided)
