The Contract Administrator supports the overall team in preparing and issuing project subcontracts, long-form purchase orders, and service contracts. This role collaborates closely with Project Team Members to ensure accurate documentation and efficient administration of all subcontract-related processes.
Responsibilities
Proofread, format, and prepare final contract agreements.
Assist in developing and maintaining the database of document management system, including related processes and procedures.
Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports to purchasing teams across projects.
Enter and track all subcontract costs.
