We're hiring a part-time creator to show off our beach homes and condos across three local vacation rental brands. What you'll do Shoot short-form video and photos at our properties 3 days a week (walkthroughs, "hidden gem" features, local spots, day-in-the-life)Edit and post to TikTok (the main focus), Instagram Reels and Facebook for all three brandsAim for about 912 posts a week across the brands, following each brand's voiceCoordinate shoots with housekeeping and reservations so you film between guest staysTrack performance and share what's working Pay $18$22/hr depending on experienceMonthly performance bonus up to $1,250, plus a viral bonus and a booking bonusGear provided, mileage reimbursed
