Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Partner Growth Insights Contractor to help scale Apple TV’s subscription business through key third-party partnerships. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams to uncover actionable insights, evaluate partner performance, and support initiatives that drive subscriber growth and engagement.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background and can synthesize large, complex datasets into clear, executive-friendly insights that inform business strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze third-party partner performance to identify growth opportunities, risks, performance gaps, and potential solutions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of full-funnel subscription metrics across priority partners, including Amazon Prime Video, Peacock Bundle, Samsung, Roku, LG, MVPD partners, and other third-party partnerships.
• Track actual performance against forecasts, investigate performance discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to accelerate growth.
• Support the development of partner prioritization and strategic frameworks aligned with paid plans, revenue, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Evaluate strategies across living room, SVOD bundle, and hard/soft bundle partnerships.
• Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Partner Marketing, Content Development, Paid Media, Analytics, Data Science, Acquisition, and Retention teams.
• Support the development of bundle performance scorecards, including market-specific strategies in partnership with international teams.
• Analyze business performance on a weekly cadence and identify key drivers of acquisition, retention, and overall partner performance.
• Quantify the impact of partner events and initiatives on business outcomes to support data-driven decision-making.
• Translate analytical findings into clear presentations, recommendations, and executive-level insights.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in subscription business management within the entertainment industry.
• Strong analytical background with experience turning data and performance results into actionable business insights.
• Experience with partner management and third-party partnerships.
• Experience launching and supporting multi-channel programs across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify trends and gaps, and clearly communicate key findings.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills, including experience creating Keynote presentations for strategy and planning.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong knowledge of and passion for digital media distribution, film, television, and subscription businesses.
