Contents Cleaning Technician

We are hiring a Contents Cleaning Technician to help clean, pack, inventory, and restore personal belongings for families and businesses affected by fire, water, mold, and storm damage. This position is a great fit for candidates with experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel cleaning, janitorial services, move out cleaning, or other professional cleaning environments. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy helping people during difficult situations. Responsibilities

• Clean and restore household items and personal belongings damaged by fire, water, smoke, or mold
• Carefully pack, wrap, label, and inventory customer belongings
• Organize and store contents in warehouse facilities
• Photograph and document items using company software
• Assist with loading and unloading contents for transport

Qualifications

• Experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel cleaning, janitorial work, or professional cleaning preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable performing physical work and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
