Contents Manager | Restoration

A growing restoration company is seeking an experienced Contents Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a restoration professional who enjoys leading people, managing projects, and delivering exceptional service to customers during challenging situations.

The Contents Manager will oversee day-to-day contents operations and ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to company standards.

What You'll Do

• Oversee contents restoration projects from start to finish
• Lead, train, and support contents team members
• Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and project resources
• Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity
• Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within established budgets
• Communicate with customers, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Assist with estimating, documentation, and project administration
• Address project challenges and help develop effective solutions
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
• Ensure company procedures and industry standards are followed
• Support emergency response efforts when needed

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restoration or mitigation experience
• Previous experience managing or leading a team preferred
• Strong background in contents restoration preferred
• Familiarity with Xactimate or other restoration estimating software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• IICRC certification is a plus
• Ability to participate in an emergency/on-call rotation
