JOB TITLE: Contingent Workforce Onboarding Specialist
LOCATION: Santa Clara, CA
DURATION: 12 Months
PAY RANGE: $31 - $50/hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analytics & Reporting:
Conduct regular audits of contractor records, ensuring data integrity across all systems of record.
Translate complex datasets into clear, concise reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Identify data discrepancies proactively and drive resolution in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Leverage advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar visualization tools alongside AI-powered analytics platforms such as Claude to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and surface actionable insights for stakeholders.
Beeline Specific Expertise:
Understanding of Beeline workflows, system architecture and integration activities
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Beeline system, including monitoring transactions, running compliance checks and ensuring data accuracy.
Collaborating with internal and external teams on Beeline reports and data accuracy and through audits and quality checks.
Support other Contingent workforce projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency with dashboards, MS Excel, and Visualization.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Legal, Procurement, and HR.
Close attention to detail, with the ability to track and manage compliance-related documentation.
Knowledge of Workday and VMS tools (Beeline preferred).
Analytical and problem-solving skills for business needs and troubleshooting.
Excellent knowledge of reporting, analytics, and advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent knowledge of Beeline platform issue resolution from a business perspective
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the program and Beeline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in identifying process gaps and driving improvements, with a focus on automation, innovation for enhancing customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and future readiness.
Excellent communication skills in collaborating with various internal teams, customers, and trading partners.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to conduct complex analysis and translate user requirements into attainable solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, presentation, and customer service skills.
Effective time management, work prioritization, and delegation skills.
Experience with offshore resources is preferred.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
