Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Continuous Improvement Engineer to support operational improvement, data-driven decision-making, and reliability-centered maintenance initiatives within a dynamic Integrated Facilities Management environment.
This Engineer-level role is focused on transforming operational data into meaningful insights, clear visualizations, and actionable recommendations. The position applies continuous improvement principles, data storytelling, CMMS analytics, Lean/Six Sigma concepts, and foundational reliability practices to identify trends, improve maintenance performance, support process standardization, and help account teams make informed business decisions.
The Continuous Improvement Engineer partners with operations, maintenance teams, account leadership, vendors, and client stakeholders to analyze work order, asset, vendor, PM, financial, and KPI data. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-8 years of experience who can connect data to operational outcomes, communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and support improvement initiatives that reduce waste, improve asset performance, and strengthen customer value.

Qualifications
Education(HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and practical experience.
Business Experience(prior years' work/related experience)
Licenses/Certifications
Must possess a valid driver's license. Certified Reliability Leader preferred, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; ability to achieve Green Belt certification within 12 months preferred.
Language Skills
Strong written and verbal command of the English language required. Must be able to communicate technical and analytical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee will frequently use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and standard office equipment for extended periods of time.
The employee may occasionally be required to walk commercial properties, maintenance areas, construction areas, mechanical spaces, or customer sites. The employee may occasionally climb stairs, access equipment areas, review asset locations, or participate in site walks. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
The majority of work is performed in a standard office, remote, or hybrid work environment. The employee may also occasionally work in customer facilities, commercial properties, industrial environments, maintenance areas, or active job sites.
While visiting operational sites, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather conditions, noise, mechanical rooms, electrical areas, construction activity, or other facility-related environments. Personal protective equipment may be required based on site conditions, including safety shoes, hard hat, eye protection, hearing protection, or other required PPE.
The employee must follow all applicable safety requirements, customer site requirements, OSHA guidelines, and company policies. Travel is business-driven and may vary based on assigned projects, account needs, and leadership direction. Suggested travel expectation for this role is approximately 10%-25%, depending on project assignments and account support needs.
