Continuous Improvement Lead - Manufacturing - Uxbridge, MA

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase manufacturing efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve yields, and lower operational costs.
• Develop and implement process controls that promote consistent product quality and operational reliability.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to establish efficient and scalable manufacturing methods.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes, conduct testing, and implement process enhancements as needed.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
• Support Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) by assessing manufacturing impacts and implementation requirements.
• Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities for ongoing operational improvements.
• Utilize process analysis and simulation tools to evaluate manufacturing strategies and recommend improvements.
• Communicate improvement plans and process changes to stakeholders across the business.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on new processes, technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing continuous improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence role.
• Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience using data analysis and process optimization tools to drive measurable results.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Financial acumen with the ability to evaluate ROI and business impact of improvement initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience within a contract manufacturing environment is advantageous.
