Job Description

Become an employee-owner at PERRY proTECH! This person is responsible forthe invoicing of General Maintenance Agreementcontracts and leases, including new contract set-ups, cancellations, and any contract changes.

About this role:

Review, set up, change, and cancel maintenance contracts for customer equipment in the ERP System
Update DocRecord with correct information and move into workflow once your process is complete
Ensure all contracts that are due to bill that month, bill prior to the end of month close
Perform pre-bill validation of invoices prior to release to the customer to ensure accurate contract billing
Run audit processes for correct meter reads, product numbers, and program types as needed
Administer and assist in the collection process via phone or email for select accounts of the needed meter readings
Utilize excel spreadsheets as necessary for contract set-up and maintenance processes as well as requested spreadsheet billing
Research billing discrepancies

Requirements & Qualifications:

Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Analytical and procedure-driven with strong problem-solving skills
Adaptable and time-efficient
Ability to follow processes and policies to perfection
Ability to handle interruptions while completing daily tasks
Self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
Strong computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous billing experience is preferred
