Contract Manager

Summary:

• Work Mode: Hybrid
• Location: Boston or New York (2-3 days on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Possess strong procurement and commercial contracting experience, with a specialized focus on the Information Technology sector, preferably in telecommunications.
• Procure SaaS, IT infrastructure, platforms, and software licensing, with a preference for network infrastructure and telecom managed services.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of key contract terms, varied pricing models, and performance metrics associated with these services.
• Draft, negotiate, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including crafting detailed, custom SLAs and conducting regular reviews to ensure alignment with business needs and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of technology procurement contracts, including SaaS and on-premises solutions, with a preference for telecommunications infrastructures.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly while navigating within policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including managing internal and external relationships.
• Knowledge of contract management tools and ability to learn new tools and solutions for the contract management life cycle.
• Experienced in negotiating business terms, including pricing.
• Proficient in extracting, summarizing, and simplifying complex information from contracts for management and stakeholders.
