Contract Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Contract Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting efforts across its field operations and physician support teams. This recruiter will be responsible for managing a large volume of open requisitions and efficiently identifying, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates for recurring, high-demand positions.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open requisitions across field operations and physician support functions.
• Recruit for non-clinical and administrative positions, including receptionists, medical scribes, surgery schedulers, and other front-office and doctor-support roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate qualified candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, prioritize openings, and move candidates efficiently through the recruiting process.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline to support recurring hiring needs and ongoing recruitment demands.
• Monitor requisition activity and recruiting progress to help ensure positions are filled in a timely manner.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on hiring results and candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large number of open requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing demands.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to move quickly and maintain recruiting momentum.
• Previous agency recruiting experience a plus
• Experience recruiting for healthcare support, medical office, administrative, or field-based positions a plus

The base range for this contract position is $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience; pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
