The Contract Review Specialist is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and managing vendor contracts, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documents to ensure alignment with the credit union's policies, regulatory requirements, and risk tolerance. This role partners with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to facilitate contract intake, identify key contractual terms and potential risks, and support the timely execution and maintenance of agreements entered into on behalf of the credit union.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing a high volume of contracts while supporting the credit union's legal, compliance, and operational objectives. In addition, this position provides administrative and operational support to the Legal Operations Department through legal matter tracking, document management, workflow coordination, reporting, and departmental initiatives.
