As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven, resourceful, and highly motivated Clinical Talent Sourcer to help us identify and engage exceptional talent across the country.

About the Role
This is not a passive sourcing role.

We're looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of finding great talent in competitive markets and building relationships with candidates who may not be actively searching for a new opportunity.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in consistently achieving goals. You'll play a critical role in helping ABC continue its rapid growth by building strong talent pipelines and connecting exceptional candidates with meaningful careers.
