Contract Specialist

Job Summary:

Our clinical operations activities are growing, and we are seeking full-time, office-based Site Contract Specialists to join our Clinical Operations team. The Contract Specialist will play a key role in advancing the start-up of our projects. Responsibilities :

• Distribute and finalize clinical trial contracts with principal investigators and clinical study sites
• Negotiate contractual terms and budget requests within approved parameters
• Maintain open lines of communication regarding the progression of negotiations and contract finalization with the assigned clinical sites and internal project team members

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study;
• Excellent time-management and communication skills;
• Organized and detail oriented.
