Employment will not commence unless and until the contract is awarded and funding is confirmed.Anglin Consulting Group is seeking experienced Contract Specialist to provide acquisition support to a federal government client. Personnel must possess a skill set substantially similar to the OPM 1102 series with competence equivalent to a mid-to-senior level federal contract specialist.  This position supports the full spectrum of pre-award and post-award contracting activities in accordance with federal acquisition regulations and agency policies.  This role requires operating on Japan Standard Time (JST) business hours.Duties and Responsibilities Conduct market research and assist in acquisition planningPrepare and issue solicitation documents, including RFQs, RFPs, and IFBsDevelop source selection plans and evaluation criteriaPerform cost and price analysisAssist in evaluation of proposals and quotationsPrepare contract award documentation for Government executionAdminister contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditionsMonitor contractor performance and document performance issuesProcess contract modificationsReview and process invoices for paymentAssist in resolution of claims and disputesPerform contract closeout proceduresProduce professional acquisition documentation in accordance with federal requirements Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum four (4) years of experience in federal contractingThorough understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and applicable supplementsDemonstrated experience supporting both pre-award and post-award activitiesStrong written and oral communication skillsU.S. Citizenship requiredAbility to pass a federal background investigation Application InstructionsTo apply, please submit your application through our online applicant tracking system.  Anglin Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
