Location: Atlanta, GA (Perimeter Area) – Hybrid (1 day/week onsite)

Summary
Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS software company headquartered in Atlanta, is seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support hiring across its Product Engineering organization. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead , this recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for highly skilled software engineering professionals responsible for building innovative cloud-based SaaS products.
Working closely with Engineering Managers, Directors, Product Leadership, and Human Resources, you will identify, attract, and hire exceptional technical talent while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
This hybrid position requires one day per week onsite in the Atlanta Perimeter area.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
End-to-end recruiting process from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies for priority technical openings.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
Candidate Sourcing
Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, networking, AI sourcing tools, and other creative recruiting strategies.
Develop talent pipelines for software engineering, AI, cloud, and data engineering positions.
Conduct market mapping and competitive talent research.
Candidate Assessment
Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical backgrounds, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical interview processes with engineering leadership.
Guide candidates through the interview process while providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
Recruiting Operations
Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting documentation.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
Assist with offer preparation and negotiations.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting software engineers, software product, or cloud technology organizations..
Demonstrated success sourcing passive technical talent.
Strong understanding of software engineering organizations and modern development methodologies.
Experience recruiting for AWS, C#, .NET, React, Java, TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, REST APIs, and microservices.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple openings while maintaining exceptional candidate quality.
Experience partnering directly with Engineering Managers and Product leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Engineers.
Experience recruiting within high-growth SaaS or product development organizations.
Familiarity with Agile software development environments.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms.
